Indoor Volleyball

The Junior Sundogs Volleyball Club Indoor Program allows male and female athletes from the South West to have an opportunity to develop their volleyball skills and compete for a Provincial Championship. Athletes tryout for a team within their age group, once teams are selected they practice together multiple times a week, and the club teams register and attend a number of tournaments and The Sask. Volleyball, Provincial Championship event in their age category.

Beach Volleyball

The Beach Volleyball Program will NOW be offered by the VOGO Volleyball Club for summer of 2019. With 3 brand new courts built by the City of Swift Current, we will be offering 14U, 16U and 18U beach volleyball for both male and female athletes in the spring/summer of 2019. Athletes will compete in tournaments and in the Sask. Volleyball Provincial Championships.

Atomic Programs

Our Atomic and Jr. Developmental programs are an introduction of Volleyball to kids 8-13 years of age. It’s a 10 week program with 1-2hr sessions. Each week young athletes are taught basic fundamental skills followed by game play on lowered nets. Our Atomic/Jr. Developmental Volleyball Program stresses FUN, FAIRPLAY, and PARTICIPATION by increasing the number of ball contacts per player, creating longer and more successful rallies, and by developing proper skill delivery.
